Android apps for the field sales force of Apex Global Mobility | Grupo Mariposa across 9 countries — pre-sales, credit, product catalog, routes, loyalty, and team supervision. The entire architecture is designed around offline operation: sales reps work without signal and sync when connectivity is available. I consolidated three apps (Asesor, Entrega, and Líder) into a single monorepo, delivered in one month against the two-month estimate. Migrated the database from Realm to Couchbase Lite due to SDK deprecation without interrupting field operations. Integrated Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot into the team's development cycle.
We migrated from Realm to Couchbase Lite because the SDK was discontinued; the real work was in replicas, indexes, and Room caching to preserve offline synchronization without data loss.

Led a 15-person team across Android, backend, and iOS during the migration from a digital wallet to a Central Bank-regulated fintech. Built a digital onboarding module with Server-Driven UI. Integrated facial biometrics, fraud detection, and identity validation for KYC and AML compliance flows.
We chose SDUI over traditional native UI because we needed the ability to update registration flows without forcing app updates in a regulated context.

Complete redesign of the cloud architecture for a social reading platform and a health symptom checker. Implemented Server-Driven UI and Backend for Frontend patterns with AWS Lambda, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch, enabling full decoupling and interface updates without redeployment.
We migrated from EC2 to Lambda + BFF because the SDUI pattern allowed us to decouple the client-server contract, eliminating over-fetching that was the main cost driver.
